 What are our Shipping Options?

 At Three Star Brand, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently.
 

SHIPPING FEES

  • For local orders, there is a standard shipping fee of $4.30

  • For orders above $50, free domestic shopping is provided.

  • Orders usually arrive within 3 - 5 business days

International Shipping & Customs Duties
When placing an order for delivery outside of Singapore, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

By placing an order with us, you agree to pay any applicable custom duties and taxes.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed.

 

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, you are able to track your order. Just contact us and we will provide you with your order number for tracking.
 

 What is our Returns Policy?

 Purchases that are faulty or have defects can be exchanged 1-for-1 at our expense, only within 30 days of    the purchase. 

FAQs

Can I still exchange the product if I ordered it wrongly?

You are still eligible for an exchange if you ordered wrongly. However, you must come down to the store physically to do so. Additionally, please ensure that the item returned is unused and still in it's original packaging.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that the product will have to be in the exact same condition as when you have received it and with the original packaging.

Purchases made via Three Star Brand (SG) Official Website CANNOT be exchanged at any pop-up stores as the stores are handled by a different management. Products(s) purchased through Three Star Brand Offline Store shall not be entitled to this policy.

Free Gift

  • Orders that come with a free gift need to be returned together if you are returning the whole order for a refund. Any missing free gift will be deducted from the amount refundable of your purchase.

  • You are not required to return the free gift, if you are returning the order for an exchange or return partial order for a refund.

  • Free gifts are not eligible for exchange/returns. Any product received as Free Gift is not applicable for Cash Refund/Voucher/Exchange.

No Nonsense Return Policy

  • Products you wish to return need to be sent to us within 30 days from the date you received your order. We accept returns via mail/self-delivery during office hours for Three Star Brand (SG) Return Center. Please note that our Return Center is closed on weekends and Public Holidays.

  • Customers are responsible for the return postage in the event of an exchange or return. The cost of sending the exchange order to the customer will be covered by Three Star Brand (SG). The return postage fee depends on the chosen courier service. Return via Grab Express or any other express courier must seek approval from Customer Experience Team first.

  • In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unused and in the original packaging. (Please ensure that you do not discard any packaging materials). Approval for return must be obtained by sending a request to info@threestarbrand.com

  • Upon approval, you will receive a return address via email.

  • Please allow up to 10 - 15 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed, excluding shipping time, and subject to stock availability.

  • Please note that there's a possibility that we may have run out of stock of the products that you would like to exchange by the time we receive your returns, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method or exchange to a different available product.

  • Return shipment tracking falls under the customer & customer appointed courier provider responsibilities in making sure it reaches Three Star Brand (SG) Return Center. Any lost return shipment falls under the responsibility of the customer-appointed courier provider, provided no tracking is available and no proof is available that it reached Three Star Brand (SG) Return Center.

  • Three Star Brand (SG)  reserves the right to not accept any return requests which do not meet our standard return policy.

Important Information

In order to protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we appreciate your kind understanding that we will not accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage/any domesticated animal.)

  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.

  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.

  • Products that are found to be non-in accordance to Three Star Brand (SG) Return/Exchange/Refund policy but yet are posted to Warehouse/Premise/Return Center shall not be entitled for Return to customer unless cost is borne by customer.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are typically issued via your preferred payment method indicated during the order placement.

  • The vast majority of returns take about 15 Business Days for us to receive your package at the Return Centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund.

  • Return for Refund will only be paid via the original payment method. Refund processing time frame:

- Approximately 7-21 working days for credit card.

- Approximately 7 working days for FPX online bank transfer.

- Approximately 1-3 working days for E-Wallet.

- Approximately 10 to 15 business days for Atome.

  • International Shipping Refund is only applicable via the credit card that was originally used to place the order; bank transfer is not applicable.

Please note:
Three Star Brand (SG) reserves the right to decide whether or not to compensate, alter, or refund any undelivered order that has not reached the customer within 60 days of the order being placed, as deemed appropriate by Three Star Brand (SG).
Three Star Brand (SG) reserves the rights to withhold any Exchange/Return/Refund if your original product has not reached our warehouse/premise, or did not get earlier approval to mail the product to the Return Centre Address.
Please ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
Any self-delivery to Three Star Brand (SG) Return Centre will take 1-2 business days for processing. Discount codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return the product which was purchased using a discount code, only final payable amount (after discount) will be refunded. Three Star Brand (SG) reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice
